My research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning (particularly deep learning), audio signal processing and computer vision. Currently, I am working on audio-visual object recognition applying to music information retrieval.
Before this, I received my Specialist Degree in Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, where I defended my thesis on automatic music mood classification in 2013.
Before joining Pompeu Fabra University, I worked for two years as a Software Engineer on an infrastructure project for music processing and data analysis for real-time advertisement. Among other things, I developed an automatic reporting system and various behaviour prediction models.
I am a very thorough person and organised and conclusive in thought.
